The couplings have three types, namely STC LTC and BTC. By numerically controlled lathe and import molding cutter, the processing of thread can be finished in one time, which ensures its commonality and interchangeability. We have complete testing abilities, adopting a whole set of single testing apparatus of thread, including tape, pitch, tooth depth, profile and so on. Our products have already passed the identification of the Quality Testing and Inspection Centre of Oil Pipe of CNPC (China National Petroleum Corporation).

The EXPE coating tubing coupling has good corrosion resistance and is used in combination with the HDPE liner tubing. It is widely used in high corrosion wells. Shengji liner tubing are repair-free thereby extending performance 4.7 times. This reduces maintenance costs. All HDPE/EXPE liner tubing must pass strict quality inspection to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. Eastlong uses an advanced defect detection machine.
